Jammu Kashmir - Paradise of Earth
The state has three distinct regions, each full of extraordinary beauty. The high altitude desert of Ladakh lies among forbidding mountain ranges, a landscape as stark as the moon. Lower down is the enchanting verdant valley of Kashmir, where the visitor might well believe himself in Paradise. The southern most part, Jammu, is the most varied.
